Greetings to you all.
We are Yang Ming Spring from Taiwan, and it is an immense honor and deep joy for us to receive this recognition from the Asia Vegan Awards. This is not only an honor, but also a great responsibility.
Since our establishment 18 years ago, we have adhered to the philosophy of using natural, local, and seasonal ingredients to offer the public delicious and diverse plant-based cuisine.
We believe that food is not merely about satisfying the palate—it is also a way of life rooted in sustainability, and a commitment to the community.
This award is a recognition of our team’s long-term dedication and will inspire us to continue innovating, so that more people can discover the beauty and possibilities of a plant-based lifestyle.
Lastly, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all our customers and partners who have supported us along the way.
