- It is truly a great privilege to be selected from among such outstanding nominees.
As we celebrate the 5th anniversary of our store in Shinjuku Gyoen, we are sincerely grateful to receive this prestigious award representing Japan.
From the very beginning, our mission has been to make “vegan” a choice people continue to make simply because it tastes good. We strive to create sweets that embrace diverse food cultures, as well as those with allergies or dietary restrictions, under our philosophy of “Nothing is impossible in dessert-making.”
This journey began with a single wish — to let children with food allergies enjoy delicious sweets. The expertise and techniques we have cultivated over the past 26 years all stem from that heartfelt motivation.
We also take pride in creating custom-made desserts without compromising quality, maintaining direct connections with our customers through in-person sales and a store-based approach, which we believe are essential to providing both authentic food safety and lasting deliciousness.
Today, the joy and excitement our customers share through social media, family, and loved ones have spread across the world, and more and more people from overseas are visiting us to experience our flavors.
We are also deeply committed to Japanese ingredients. At the heart of our confectionery are fruits grown through natural cultivation and rice nurtured from Japanese cedar (momi)—both products of Japan’s rich natural environment.
These carefully grown ingredients are powerful and full of character—beautiful ingredients that honor nature and the future of our planet. No matter how times may change, we wish to continue cherishing and making the most of Japan’s blessings.
The heartfelt joy that makes people say, “I have to tell someone about this,” has led to visitors coming from around the world—and this is all thanks to the warm support of everyone who has believed in us. We offer our deepest gratitude.
We believe that a memorable, heartwarming flavor can move people, transcend borders, and inspire positive change.
That very power encourages the vegan choice, nurturing both a comfortable way of living and a sustainable future for our planet.
We will continue to enhance our quality and stand by people’s daily lives, spreading the message of “delicious vegan” that supports health, happiness, and comfort.

- 新宿御苑に店舗を構え5周年という節目の年に、日本を代表して受賞できましたことを心より感謝申し上げます。
私達は､veganと言う選択が「おいしいから選びたい」と言う継続的な選択肢となるよう､多様な食文化やアレルギー、食事制限のある方々にも寄り添い､「不可能は無いスイーツ作り」を目指してきました。
その始まりは､アレルギーの子供においしいスイーツを食べさせてあげたい！その一心で26年研究してきた内容を今につなげております。
オリジナルオーダーにも対応し品質を落とすことなく、お客様とのつながりを大切にしながら「食の安全性の本質」おいしさを持続的に提供する為にも対面販売・店舗型経営にこだわってまいりました。
今では、SNSやご家族､大事な方々を通じて伝えてくださる「おいしさの感動」が世界中へと拡がり､各国からこの味を求めてご来店くださる方々が増えております。
また、日本の食材にもこだわり､私達のお菓子作りの軸には､日本の風土を生かした自然栽培の果物やモミから育てたお米があります。
手をかけて育てた食材は力強く､味わい深く､未来の地球環境に配慮した“美しい食材“です。
どんな時代になっても日本の恵みを大切に活かし続けていきたいと考えております。
「思わず誰かに伝えたくなる」そんな喜びの声が世界中からの来訪につながっている事､これもひとえに､日頃より支えてくださる皆様方のおかげでございます。心より感謝申し上げます。
