- We are NoMeat festival from Taiwan.
It is a tremendous honor and a deeply moving experience for us to receive the Asia Vegan Awards.
This award is not just a recognition — it is also a reminder of our responsibility to carry forward and share our philosophy with the world.
We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the Japanese organizers — Yogo, Yoshida, Chiharu, Kelly, and everyone who has supported us along the way.
In April and June of this year, you came all the way to Taiwan with great passion and commitment, and even joined us in Malaysia to co-create an international market under the vision of a “New Asian Connection.”
It is truly an honor that our three countries — Taiwan, Japan, and Malaysia — have formed a “Sister Market Alliance,” supporting and growing together as one.
Since our opening in 2019, NoMeat festival has aimed to be more than just a marketplace.
Through food — through the choice of Vegan — we hope to connect people’s lifestyles, allowing the values of sustainability and plant-based living to be seen, experienced, and felt.
Throughout this journey, we have witnessed small farmers, creators, and restaurant brands meeting and collaborating through the market,
and we have seen every visitor rediscover the power of “choice.”
Looking ahead, we hope to continue walking hand in hand with friends across Asia, from Taiwan to the world.
Every bite of food has the power to become an act of kindness —
and even a small market can create a force that changes the world.
Let us share that power with more people.
Finally, once again, we would like to thank the Asia Vegan Awards and all the friends who have supported NoMeat festival.
With this honor and sense of responsibility, we will keep striving to make “NoMeat” a sustainable movement that grows from Asia to the world.

- 我們是來自台灣的「無肉市集」。這次能夠獲得 Asia Vegan Awards 的肯定，我們感到無比光榮與深深感動。這不只是單純的榮譽，更是一份將理念傳承下去、繼續傳播的重要責任。
我要向日本的主辦方，以及 Yogo先生、Yoshida先生、Chiharu女士、Kelly女士，還有所有曾經支持我們的團隊，致上最深的感謝。各位在今年四月與六月，懷抱著使命感與義不容辭的承諾，兩度遠道而來台灣，並與我們一同前往馬來西亞，共同打造了以「新亞洲聯合」為理念的國際市集。我們深感榮幸，三個國家能夠以「姊妹市集」締結，互相扶持，共同成長。
無肉市集自2019年開幕以來，就不只是想做一個市集，而是希望透過飲食、透過 Vegan 的選擇，連結更多人的生活方式，讓永續、無肉的價值被看見、被體驗、被感動。在這個過程中，我們看到許多小規模農家、創作者、餐飲品牌，因為市集而彼此相遇，也看到來場的每個人，重新感受到「選擇」的力量。
今天的這個獎項，不只是頒給我們，更屬於所有支持我們的人，以及每一位在攤位背後，為傳播理念而全力付出的夥伴。因為你們，「無肉市集」才有了靈魂。
未來，我們希望能繼續與亞洲各地的朋友攜手，從台灣走向世界，共同前行！每一口所吃下的食物都能化為善意的力量，即使是一個小小的市集，也能帶來改變世界的力量──
讓我們把這份力量傳給更多人！

- 私たちは台湾から来た「無肉市集」です。このたび Asia Vegan Awards にご評価いただき、心から光栄であり、深い感動を覚えています。これは単なる栄誉ではなく、この理念を次へと受け継ぎ、伝えていく大切な責任でもあります。
日本の主催者の皆さま、そして Yogo さん、Yoshida さん、Chiharu さん、韓国の主催者Kelly さん、さらに支えてくださったすべてのチームの皆さまに、心より感謝申し上げます。皆さまは今年の4月と6月に、使命感に支えられた揺るぎない約束のもと、二度もはるばる台湾にお越しくださり、さらにマレーシアまでご一緒いただき、「新しいアジアの連帯」を掲げた国際的な市集を共につくり上げてくださいました。私たちは三つの国が「姉妹マーケット」として結ばれ、互いに支え合い、共に成長していけることを誇りに思います。
無肉市集は2019年の初日から、ただの市集を目指したのではありません。飲食を通じて、Vegan という選択を通じて、人々の暮らしをつなぎ、持続可能性を感じてもらい、「無肉」という価値を見て、体験し、心で感じてもらうことを願ってきました。その歩みの中で、多くの小規模農家や作り手、飲食ブランドが市集を通じて出会い、また来場された方々が「選択」の力を改めて実感する姿を目にしてきました。
今日いただいたこの賞は、私たちだけのものではありません。支えてくださるすべての方々、そしてブースの後ろで理念を伝えるために力を尽くしてきた一人ひとりの仲間のものでもあります。皆さんのおかげで、「無肉市集」には魂が宿りました。
これからも私たちはアジア各地の仲間と手を取り合い、台湾から世界へ、共に歩もう！
食べる一口一口が善意の力となり、たとえ小さなマーケットでも世界を変える力になり得る──それを、より多くの人に広めよう！
最後に、改めて Asia Vegan Awards に心より感謝するとともに、「無肉市集」を支えてくださるすべての皆さまにもお礼を申し上げます。この栄誉と責任を胸に、私たちは「無肉」をアジアから世界へ広がる、持続可能な行動として実現していきます。
